A large number of services are down due to an air conditioner failure in ECE's MacLeod server room. We are aware of the situation; please do not file help requests. Updates will be posted. As of noon, the temperature in the MacLeod server room was near 40 degrees, causing many servers to overheat and shut down automatically. Plant Ops has been called to repair the air conditioner. There is currently no estimated time to resolution. <dl> <dt>12:50 <dd>Plant Ops technicians are on site. <dt>14:30 <dd>Drive belts in the air conditioner have been replaced. The room is cooling down. Servers are now being turned on again. <dt>14:45 <dd>All clear! Thank you for your patience. </dl>
