<dd>This morning starting around 6:00am UBC IT performed a router upgrade. Due to some undocumented settings our service was not restored. The effect was to cut off ECE from the rest of the campus and beyond. The situation was resolved at around 9:20am.

There is a full-building electrical shutdown scheduled for the ICICS X-wing on Saturday March 1 2025, from 06:30 am to 10:30 am. This outage also affects for Hugh Dempster Pavilion, but not the ICICS main building. Computers should be shut down in advance of this outage to prevent damage and heat buildup.
