A large number of services are down due to an air conditioner failure in ECE's MacLeod server room. We are aware of the situation; please do not file help requests. Updates will be posted.
As of noon, the temperature in the MacLeod server room was near 40 degrees, causing many servers to overheat and shut down automatically. Plant Ops has been called to repair the air conditioner. There is currently no estimated time to resolution.
