The ECE database server was down on 2014-01-25 from 7 am. No data was lost, but multiple services, including the RT ticket system and some websites, were unavailable for some time as a result.
The PostgreSQL server (affecting RT and MRBS, among other systems), was restored at 2014-01-25 14:00.
The MySQL server (affecting www.ece.ubc.ca, among other systems), was restored at 2014-01-26 14:00.
