ECE Network Storage Outage- Resolved (June 1, 2015)

This issue has been resolved as of 4am PDT, June 1st

The ECE network storage system hosting home directories, group data and data for some ECE services (e.g., RT) experienced an outage starting late last night.

The underlying cause has been identified as an authentication error due to some expired security certificates. Updated certificates have been installed, and the network storage is available.

End-points using NFS to mount network storage should reboot their systems to ensure stable access to storage.
