Undergraduate and MEng students
If you are an undergraduate or MEng student registered in an ECE course, we will automatically create an account for you. Using the Self-Service ECE Account Management tool at https://id.ece.ubc.ca/, you will be able to claim your account by setting your password.
All Others
All other accounts are created upon receipt of appropriately authorized application form.
- Fill in the account application form. Both you and your supervisor need to complete and sign it.
- Email the form to it@ece.ubc.ca.
The use of all department computing resources is subject to UBC's policies, in particular Policy SC14 (Acceptable Use and Security of UBC Electronic Information and Systems).
