The ECE mirror server is down due to a hardware failure. The outage occurred 2013-08-23 15:30. It will probably be unavailable for at least several hours.

Update 2013-08-26 18:55 The server is running again on temporary hardware. Performance may be degraded until we replace it again with a new machine.
