ECE is the target of an ongoing Denial of Service attack. ECE IT staff are working with UBC Network admins to restore normal service levels as soon as possible.

For some applications, connecting to the ubcsecure wireless network (rather than wired Ethernet or ubcprivate wireless) may be a suitable workaround.

Thie performance has been better as of 1 pm today. If you had reconfigured your machine to use ubcsecure wireless, we recommend that you switch back to wired Ethernet or ubcprivate wireless, for better convenience and security.
