Jump to navigationJump to searchDue to an automounter failure on the SMTP server, mail delivery to @ece.ubc.ca addresses stopped working on Sep 9 around 4 pm. The outage also caused Request Tracker tickets submitted via e-mail to be delayed as well.
The problem was rectified on Sep 10 at 10:30 am, and the delivery backlog has been cleared.

We are working on adding more servers to handle mail delivery.
