Request to identify your supervisor

For accountability, UBC IT would like to associate all ECE users with their supervisor. However, for old accounts, this can be challenging, as our records may be out of date.

We would like your help to identify your supervisor (or, if you are no longer at UBC, the last supervisor you had before you left UBC). Please send an e-mail to help@ece.ubc.ca stating your ECE username and your most recent supervisor.

Please note that we require your response by the date specified in the e-mail you received. If we do not receive a response from you before the deadline, we may restrict access to your account.
