Network disruption in Kaiser 3rd Floor (May 2014)

Hosts on the third floor of Kaiser appear to be having difficulty obtaining DHCP leases.
Starting May 5, machines in the affected zone have been unable to connect to the ECE network via Ethernet. For now, machines that still have an active DHCP lease continue to work, but may eventually drop off the network as their lease expires.
Network Management Centre is currently investigating.
